Weekly NIE Newspapers

Subscribed students will receive 35 issues of NIE newspapers during the academic year. These newspapers are distributed every Friday and aim to develop students’ reading skills. Each issue consists of 12 pages filled with engaging content.

NIE Educational App

Subscribers will have access to the ‘NIE Educational App,’ which offers a wide range of educational resources. The app includes thousands of revision videos as per Maharashtra State board curriculum, interactive MCQs for exam preparation, e-books, audio lessons, Holistic development activities, memory techniques, yoga sessions, value education, and digital literacy content for overall development.

Online Events

There are online competitions organized on special occasions such as on Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, Chhatrapati Shivaji maharaj jayanti, Dr.B.R Ambedkar jayanti etc.

Seminars

Students can also benefit from seminars conducted in offline mode on topics like financial literacy, yoga and pranayama, entrepreneurship development skills, mental and physical health, and communication skills.

Mental Health Counseling Workshop

Students have the opportunity to participate in the ‘Let’s Talk with Sakal’ Mental Health Counseling Workshop. This workshop aims to create awareness and provide guidance on mental health-related issues.

Sakal India Foundation Scholarship

Eligible students who have scored more than 85% marks in 10th standard can apply for the Sakal India Foundation scholarship. This scholarship is aimed at financially needy students who meet the specified criteria. It provides financial support to help them pursue their education.
